IDPs often face increased risk of infectious diseases, including respiratory and sexually-transmitted diseases, and are particularly exposed to epidemics. Not least in the COVID-19 context, this raises important questions about how health policy and providers can adequately prevent and mitigate the impact of infectious disease in IDP populations. In this webinar, three presentations by leading HIDN researchers share cutting edge research on how infectious diseases move through IDP populations and the implications for health responses.
