The exhibition will be launched on 29 June 2022, with selected photographs showcased on the Researching Internal Displacement website and exhibited at the 6th Refugee Law Initiative Annual Conference

Who can participate? Anyone with a passion for photography or a story to tell! We are keen to raise the profile of this issue. Both amateur and professional photographers are encouraged to participate. We particularly welcome contributions from people with lived experience of displacement.

Scope? The theme of the exhibition is that of internal displacement only. As such, please ensure that your submissions relate specifically to this issue. We will not be able to consider submissions on cross-border displacement, refugees, and migrants generally.

Selection? All photographs received will be reviewed for acceptance by the RID Selection Committee. The best work will be selected on the basis of the following two criteria: Quality and originality of the work; and Relevance to the theme of internal displacement.

Deadline for submissions: 1 May 2022 at 23:59 UK time
